"Our Return Policy
1. Items shipped from gofigy.com can be returned within 30 days upon receipt.
2. Because of hygiene reasons, shapewear, underwear, pajamas and swimwear are not eligible for return.

1.Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted."
2.Returns can only be made within 30 days from date of receipt of your item. If purchases made in December are eligible to be returned by postmark date of January 15th.
3.A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted after 30 days.

1) Before the package is shipped, we accept order cancellation. Once canceled, we will issue the refund to your original payment way within 1 week.

2) All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivered day.

3) The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the quality problems: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, final sale item(s), and accessories.

4) Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that do not meet the return criteria.

5) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. You are responsible for the return cost. Please notice, The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

6) Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact our Customer Service for the nearest return address.

7)If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

8)If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

9)No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
10)The address of the exchange/return product will be provided by mail after submitting the application.
Exchange policy

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds before shipment. The exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.The resulting exchange/return shipping fee is borne by the consumer.

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled before shipment. Please send an email to vivi88dash@gmail.com. if you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
